Aug. 31: Please have a look at the OU Math Blog from time to time. It is full of interesting and amusing items. Also, if you're inclined, consider attending the OU Math Club meetings, which feature free pizza and usually something vaguely math-related. The first meeting is at 5 pm on Wednesday 9/2, in PHSC 1105.
Aug. 21: Anyone who misses the first two class meetings will be dropped from the course automatically. If you have a good reason for missing both classes, let me know immediately.
Aug. 10: This class is currently full and I am not able to add anyone to the roster. It may be possible to get in during the second week of class, but only if you attend during the first week, and even then I cannot guarantee anything. The final decision, on whether anyone (and who) can be added, is not up to me.
