Since it's difficult to typeset Greek letters (such as pi) in 
HTML (the language for web pages), I am reverting to degree measure 
for angles here. This is really poor form as its always best to 
stick with radian measure for angles. The same reason explains why I
have used T in this discussion rather than theta.
