Exam I will be in the usual classroom on February 21, 2002. It will cover sections
15.1-15.6 and 16.1-16.3.
Bring a small nongraphics calculator, although you can probably get by without it. I will
provide blank paper on which to put your answers, but if you prefer to use your own, bring it
to the exam.
The exam will be long and difficult. It is not expected that you will be able to complete all
of the problems. Find the easier points and do those problems first, then worry about the
others. Just give it your best shot, and try to enjoy the challenge.
The exam is heavily weighted toward chapter 15. The approximate point breakdown by section of
the text is as follows:
15.2 | 15 |
15.3 | 14 |
15.4 | 12 |
15.5 | 15 |
15.6 | 24 |
16.1 | 5 |
16.3 | 5 |
(bonus) | $1 |
Total | 90 + $1 |
