Kyung⁠-⁠Bai Lee

Kyung Bai Lee received his PhD in 1981 from The University of Michigan, under the direction of Frank Raymond. From 1970 to 1976, he served on the faculty of the Department of Mathematics at Seoul National University in Korea. From 1981 to 1983, he taught at Purdue University. In 1983 he joined the faculty of the Department of Mathematics at the University of Oklahoma. Throughout his career he held numerous visiting positions at universities in the US and Korea. He published over 60 research articles and a book: "Seifert Fiberings", American Mathematical Society, Mathematical Surveys and Monographs, vol 166 (2010). He retired in 2017 after 47 years of university teaching.
