Homework will be assigned and collected periodically. You may work in groups on homework. Each student in the group must turn in a separate paper. 5383 students will have additional assignments. No late homework will be accepted.
Make-up exams will only be possible in very extreme circumstances, and even then your excuse must be properly documented and brought to Dr. Magid's attention in a timely fashion.
Students are expected to attend class.
Attendance will be taken. Late arrivals are equivalent to half an absence. If a
student has 7 or more absences, the highest grade they can earn is C.
